You miss a call

When a caller doesn't reach you (on a job, under a unit, midnight), ConnectFirst catches it. It checks the call rang long enough, and that the same number hasn't called in the last 48 hours, then sends the text.

Common questions

What counts as a 'missed call'?

ConnectFirst uses Twilio's call status signals to detect calls that rang at least 3 times without being answered, or went to voicemail without a live answer. If you answer, no text goes out.

Can I turn off the automation temporarily?

Yes. Your dashboard has a simple on/off toggle. Pause auto-texts for a vacation, a holiday, or any reason, and turn it back on with one click.

How long does setup take?

You're usually live the same day you sign up. Getting your number set up takes about 20 minutes once you decide to move forward.

What if the same caller calls back right away?

ConnectFirst tracks a 48-hour window per caller. If they call again within that window, no second text goes out.
