1. Service
ConnectFirst provides missed-call text-back automation for HVAC businesses. The service processes call and SMS events, sends automated follow-up messages based on configured rules, and presents related activity in a dashboard.
2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful business communication related to customer service inquiries. You may not use ConnectFirst to send spam, unlawful marketing messages, or messages to recipients without a valid business relationship.
3. Subscription and Billing
The current plan is priced at $99/month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Subscription status is required for ongoing automation features. Usage caps and limits, including any messaging caps, may apply.
4. Third-Party Services
ConnectFirst depends on third-party providers including Twilio (voice and SMS), Stripe (billing), SendGrid (email forwarding), and Supabase (database hosting). Availability and performance may be affected by these providers.
5. Compliance and Opt-Out
You are responsible for complying with applicable calling and messaging laws, including TCPA and carrier requirements. ConnectFirst enforces STOP/HELP handling and suppression logic as part of the service.
6. Data Retention
Operational and compliance records are retained according to the service policy, currently targeted at 45 days, subject to operational or legal requirements.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, unlawful use, or misuse of the platform. You may request termination at any time. Upon termination, data may be deleted according to retention policies.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Delivery outcomes depend on carrier networks and third-party providers.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConnectFirst is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
