  • Operator account details such as company and owner email
  • Webhook and operational logs needed for reliability and compliance

2. How We Use Information

We use this data to provide and improve the service, including:

  • Qualifying missed calls and sending automated follow-up messages
  • Handling STOP/HELP keywords and suppression logic
  • Forwarding inbound SMS replies to operator email
  • Supporting dashboard reporting and operational troubleshooting

3. Legal and Compliance Processing

ConnectFirst is intended for lawful service-related communication. We support TCPA/A2P compliance behavior such as keyword opt-outs and suppression controls, but each business remains responsible for lawful usage.

4. Data Retention

We maintain operational and compliance data under a 45-day retention policy, unless longer retention is required by law, contractual commitments, or active dispute resolution.

5. Third-Party Processors

We use third-party providers to run the service:

  • Twilio for call and SMS processing
  • Supabase for managed Postgres database hosting
  • SendGrid for inbound reply email forwarding
  • Stripe for billing and subscription management

6. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect data. No internet-based system is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights and Requests

You may request account-level data access, correction, or deletion by contacting us. Messaging recipients can opt out via standard keywords such as STOP where supported.
